Google Keyword question?

Hi,
Right I cant figure this out I'm trying to get InWarez.co.uk to top for the word inwarez but The .org domain is still hitting top spot and has done for a while now.

I have more backlinks than that domain
I have more indexed pages than that domain
My Alexa rank is better than the .org.

But still the .co.uk is not at the top?

any ideas as to why?

What techniques did you used ? Did you hired a SEO Professional ?
Did you used any Black Hat Method ?

I;ve done alot of onsite SEO in multiple places to target the keywords which I want.

Everything else is fine - just the damm InWarez keyword - I did notice that its a pr1 though and mines a pr0..
