Wordpress Permalink Problem

Ok, so as I got more experience in SEO, I tend to revert all my settings to my sites for better SEO

This is for http://tutsby.me
I did every offsite SEO, now left is just the Onsite SEO.
Its in progress and I'm stuck at the moment.

Best SEO URL should be
domain.com/POST-TITLE.html

But, currently I'm having
domain.com/tutorial/POST-ID/POST-TITLE/

So how do I rectify it, I already got all posts indexed in Google and there are also people posting my tutorial links as references for other peoples on other forum.
So if I change in any Permalink Setting, I'd lose it all.

So is there any plugin which can redirect my current URL to new URL automatically ?
