You better ask hosting24.com if they allow rs2rs. I bet for 99% they don't.

Actually, Rs2rs is not in the list, but it uses a lot of bandwidth and server load. You better get a dedicated Rs2Rs account at eg devilmaycry and hope it's available when you need it.

Most hosts don't accept Rs2Rs. That's why you should try devilmaycry's service.

It is supported as it runs on .php ... but is it allowed?

You are using a shared hosting or a vps....even i prefer DMC's service
