Looking For Staff

I am starting a new community MainstreamWarez.com . It's literally brand spanking new. The skin I am using is Customized v1 by Dom [That1Design]. I am modding it to make it look as unique as possible hence it's such a popular skin. Right now, it's only me! I am looking for a couple admins and global moderators to help me get the ball rolling. And yes, this is all volunteer. If you expect to be paid please don't bother replying. Once the community makes some revenue and hosting is taken care of I do not mind dividing the profits to my staff. Currently I am on shared hosting from PhotonServers, once the community gains more traffic I will go dedicated. (No point in spending the money on a dedicated at the moment.)
