i have them too. ill tell you in 2 seconds wait.

go to your admin panel>Forums and Moderators>Forum Manager>Edit whichever forum you want, in the styles option you will see this : "Prefix for Forum Status Images (This prefix will be used on status image filenames for a forum, it can only contain A-Z, 0-9, -, _, . and /)"

basically upload a image called lets say 24forum_new.gif and upload the same picture again with the name 24forum_old.gif

in the "Prefix for Forum Status Images" option just type the prefix of the image which is 24 and you will have a new img


do the same thing for the other forums, so upload images with numbers in front

like 25forum_new
14forum_new

etc

make sure to upload the img 2 times with the _new and _old
