Making Money with Content

I have few content writers who can really write great articles

Real and unique and based on almost any niche

Some of them have written articles for tele-films and TV channels

I was thinking of paying them and make them write articles and submit them to EZ and other places also develop a portfolio

My question is how can i motorize the content and make REAL good money so that we all are happy with what we get

Can anyone help me with good ideas

In one word how do i utilize them well .... most of them are really hungry for money

Can some one give some good innovative ideas
