Need 1 Admin, 3-4 Moderators [RS/MU Leech provided]

I'm rebuilding an old website that I made about 2 years ago but abandoned after a few weeks, now I'm reviving it and I need some help to run it. I need

- 1 Administrator who's familiar with vBulletin 3.8/4.0 (will be upgrading soon)
- 3-4 Supermoderators who're also familiar and have experience moderating a vBulletin Warez Forum.

Admins and Moderators will be expected to Upload Everyday, as I will Provide RS2RS/HF/HF,etc.
