I been after a streamer for wrestling for a while.

finally got my old buddy to free up for sometime and do it.

well he once had a hiccup while streaming a while ago, he was connected via Box to tuner and during show he lost stream it said on screen about some "unauthorized" thats all he remembers.

he's concerned his cable provider (also isp) "can they know if he streams online when connected to box -> tuner?"
