yes we know but as mRAza dont have time to advertise it as he is busy with some projects so he is selling it ,but if the new buyer have some time to advertise it properly and have some knowledge of hosting business he can earn much more

DC is netdirekt, it was from sparkgate but now there all German based server are sold to santrex , my main intention was to get server cost, if you do the right u can make this back in couple of months, i m selling it because i m busy with other projects and cant run a hosting service.
