hmmm i think its hard to get this, is suggest get a server from Hostgator a reseller or something and install RapidLeech lol. Thats the best

cuz they cap at 500k no matter where the server is located

Sniper's VPSes are good. For US$5.95 it's a bargain. Not the fastest, but reasonably good.

Yes, Megaupload must throttle their upload speed. On my US RDP I get only 360KBs ....
