the default dns 4.2.2.1 seem trouble but when i change it to open dns, its work fine.

I suggest you use google's public dns

Why is you livesupport most time of the day offline?
Few weeks ago the support was aviable at day and night.
Will customers get new ip adresses or keep the old ones and can you post
here when upgrade ist completet, i mean , really completed?

We respond to tickets just as fast, however - we are having issues with the livesupport system. This is why we are considering switching it.

Customers will use the IPs available, if a client requires, we can give you additional IP free of charge (1 only extra is free).

I will post here back again as soon as its completed.
