change font, and probably the skull.

you should make it into some sort of modified rapidshare logo.

Skin looks nice though.

Site looks nice especially the Guest Image
Header is not so good as it seems of low quality to me. The text in the header hasn't got sharp edges.
Solution : Edit the .psd in Photoshop. Change it to 'Smooth' or 'Sharp' and the text problem is fixed.

The bottom photonservers banner kills your site's view. Tell them to make a banner matching your skin
