IMHO No one can offer you 'awesome' speeds.

Even on my onshore RDP, (FTP) upload speeds are average. I never get more than 1-2MBs to Hotfile, while download surpasses 30-40MBs.

You can use concurrent uploads though to speed up the process.

Even on the onshore, speeds for some offshore hosts like uploaded.to are much faster (like 20-25MBs).

I guess Hotfile throttles their upload speed as does Megaupload.
