It doesn't matter for those who use RL.

People that uses RL is better then people who just use their remote upload..

That's simply not true. I think it's a bug or something. A few days ago I saw that and my hopes were high just like you but when I tried to upload slightly over the current quota the files weren't uploaded (that is, the files uploaded after around 5GB was used). I don't know why they even show it when it doesn't work.

Exactly abhay you are right and because we upload unlimited and after few days they notice some change in our account and either they ban the Rapidleech IP or close our Hotfile account

Remote upload & RL = Provide members with stuff you have no idea about . Anyways Remote upload is possible through RL only and HF coming down heavily on everyone

LOL .. I was bronze for several months. Then I stopped using Hotfile. Today I checked my stats to see how much upload quota I had. My current rank is .... Gold! Can't figure this system out.

the rank does not depend on the ratio of files and no. of downloads

if you leave your account untouched for more then 10 or more days then hotfile manually increase your rank because they wanted to encourage you
they want their files to be download

one of my account is generating daily 0.01 to 0.02 daily for more then 1 month
after 1 month i saw they increased my rank (proof of fooling on the name of rank)

so now i understand that these thing does not depend on the files or no. of downloads

they just want to keep downloading their files

when you are started generating a good no. of downloads of hotfile then they slowly slowly decrease you rank (they are very smart).

Oh, that I know. As soon you start to make money, they lower your rank.

But the rank doesn't affect me ... I keep on using fileserve (Hope I get paid though).
