Hi, i need to host warez linking forum and send 40 000 mails to my members. Im using phpbb so this amount of emails is sent at a time (long execution time, no mail limit)

My priority is your policy to never share my info, IP etc. Some country like China or offshore country.

My budget: max $12-$20

Would welcome cPanel free or managed service. I dont like unmanaged not ready complete VP webserver.

Their were a few good offers from Ultima and Krun!x but to be honest if this guys budget is $20 then he may as well give up now looking for bulletproof hosting that is a ridiculously low amount
