So I have decided to start this Service.
Price will be decided according to the work So Just Post a Screenshot of your PSD and I will tell you the price.
Minimum Price:-
HTML and CSS webpages : Min. 20$ ~ +
Page with HTML , CSS , Javascript, etc : Min. 35$ ~ +
Webpage with PHP(not complex) + HTML + JS + some Flash : Min. 50$ ~ +
Prices Increased because of popular demand.

I don,t have done many PSD to XHTML (have designed websites though) work but still i have some skilll....
And Sorry to say but I don,t yet offer VB Skins because I don,t have skill of that. But I will learn that and Maybe in the near future I will be also offering that.
And @afrozenminute I am also looking for some partners.
