1st things first - the site is loading kinda slow.

The skin (smokingPrototype?) is too narrow (although I do prefer fluid styles - around 90%), you don't need the site name beside the logo and you need to fix the Katz button location. Looks weird like this. The footer is messy and bloated.

Needs work.

Site loads really really slow
Hide and show buttons dont work
To be honest i think the skins abit of a mess everything just lookes shoved into places they dont fit
And the graphics on the site are alittle harsh

- Loading very slow.. Should be fixed asap, get a new host or something.
- Why is this located at the bottom off your site? .. It should definately be up in the header..
- Change this .. Get some custom icons.
- I don't think it's normal to have such a domain and run a forum under it. The domain suits a DDL site way better.
- You should make a "register now" guest banner to make your visitors sign up.'
- There is not much community on your site I see .. You should work more with your community.. Don't just get posts that are from multi posters..
- Start make some thread in the general / off topic sections..
- There's no need to have a guest section when all posts are available for guests anyway. You should either remove the guest section or you should make the forum not invisible for guests.
- I'm not a fan of ads, so IMHO you should remove all ads you have on your site.
This and this
- I like the post generator you have on your site, but since this is something you have on your site I think you should make new buttons with "smokingddl" as watermark.
- You don't need all of these request sections
It more then enough with ONE forum for requests as there aren't that many people requesting anything..
So I think you should edit it down to 1 section and you can have a subforum for complete requests.
- This color is plain painful .. pain for the eyes..
