Last time i transfered a site it only took less then a hour.

And that is how long it should take. All funds have been transferred as of a week ago, thus far I only have the .com domain. Apparently I should be satisfied to wait, but understandably I am not. I am trying to keep this transaction civil, but Artifax is testing my patience.

If that is so I will pursue it. A lot of people on here make think it is crazy, but it isn't. I have chat logs, email logs, proof of purchase on this forum. I have his full contact details, have phoned his home, spoke with his mom, etc. My company is registered in the US, as is my business partner, we will pursue it.

I hope he resolves it, it seems resolvable, I have spoken to the host myself and the database/files are sitting on a box, but he is waiting for some payment from Artifax to switch it back on.

Thats a good thing , but do not underestimate on how slow things get solved on the Internet. Stolen domains already take a few weeks before you get them back when the proof is obvious, so I can imagine how long it would take to get this on your side

The best way to sell or buy, a third party should have been envolved !!! Third party for example this forum, must hold on to the mysql/backup and so fort.. I'm been buying and selling domains for a long time, i was screwed once, and never again !!!

First of all this auction was not legit to begin with !!! I could have said $2000 or $2 but where is my proof ? talk is cheap! oz187 I think not only u paid too much but also u should have talk to Domain provider before money was sent!!! I hope you paid him by paypal the only way you can get it back it thru them. The worst places to host is in Hong Kong and Asian countries !! Slow speed and all their ip's are banned !!!

plus they charge you 3 times more !! by saying we allow warez !!!! lol well I got news for you people there no word as warez anymore !! you can find good hosts in USA and Canada for same price but you tell them first all u have is a forum which u provide contents !!! %90 will say no!! but %10 will accept !! with these shitty economy in US trust me no one will turn down $200 or $300 per month clients !!

I have experience with monetizing warez sites, I was fine with the price. And yes, it is very sueable everywhere. I'll keep threats out of this thread, but I've been through court plenty of times defending myself and chasing others. So I am aware of what needs to be done.

I know but I feel bad, that you did pay and you got none in return. How ever that does not change the fact, when u paid higher price for something not worth as much you are messing with the rates!! Trust me when someone is making $100 daily, as he said, only a fool will sell such great income.
