The bid was 1600$ and i don't know where u get ur 2400$ from...

I think oz provided enough information about your lil scam that you don't need to cover your ass by posting ur chat logs..

Exactly, I can't even imagine what he is conjuring up. I hope you do try to post screenshots, as I have posted everything already, anything else will have to be photoshopped, and believe me I'll take the time to pull it apart and highlight the modified pixels for everyone to see. I expect you will type up your own chatlog, or maybe screenshot someone else making offers (which is completely irrelevant to me). You closed the auction at $1600, we agreed on conducting the transaction in two parts $800 in each, and you did not give what you promised. No bidding war EVER occured, I was NEVER informed of any competiting bids continuing after the auction CLOSE and as is evidence of the times in the gmails and the email conversation we quickly agreed on payment method and I did the transfer.

The 2400, him posting that on the forum here was the first I heard of it. It is a COMPLETE and utter fabrication, as is clear from the language in the email screenshots, etc. Why would I transfer $800, get the .com domain, transfer $800 more and sit around while you hold all of my money? Admit the truth about the agreed upon price and maybe we can come to some form of a resolution. But if you are going to carry on with your lies, as you do, believing you are some master tactition that can deceive his way out of any situation I am telling you straight - you've picked the wrong guy.
