1.) Income source is highly based on member subscriptions and donations. Advertisements also generate a decent amount. USAWarez has over 75% American visitors that are willing to support by donating generously.

2.) Site was shut down due to failure to pay server fee's. Individual running it got tired of running it.

What kind of convincing do you need?

USAWarez was 5* on Katz.
USAWarez was once under the respected sites on Katz & Phaze.
USAWarez was front paged on OVGuide.
USAWarez.com had more traffic than present day WarezScene (Alexa stats can prove this)
USAWarez.net had just about the same amount of traffic as WarezScene (Alexa stats can also prove this)

I mean we all know WarezScene is huge, so if USAWarez.com was bigger, and USAWarez.net was almost just as big, then you should have your answer.

I agree with Artifax on the fact the site was high traffic, although remember it boils down to the person.
The traffic, external links, and respect won't return automatically.
95% of USAWarez' success was down to the owner.
Anyway, I'm half interested, and I've already spoken to Artifax about it.
