Thanks. As I said I will pursue as best I can and am currently seeking advice in relation to that. Meanwhile I will be putting usawarez up as best I can as well. It will be back, but it will be a bigger fight to get it moving again. I was waiting, hoping he would complete the transaction but it is clear he can't and won't. So I will do what is necessary in the meantime.

For those that don't want to read too much. Here is Richard trying to sell the database on the "low-key" after I won the auction.

Here is Richard confirming he received the second payment and was getting the db ready for me:

Richard pretending he doesn't know me... (is that my money your holding?)

    Hello,

Missed you on MSN, hopefully I can catch you on shortly or you can
respond via email (though I also prefer to discuss it live on MSN). Is
there a US based phone number I can reach you on? And what time would
be best to call? Or hopefully we can just meet on MSN today. I'd like
to start organising the transfer/payment as I'd imagine you would
also. So I'll stick around late tonight. If you miss me you can try
adding my partner REMOVED on MSN messenger. He
    is US based.

    Talk soon,

    Hey,
Sorry I haven't been on lately, have been busy with work and family. I do have a US based telephone #, but I would prefer calling you instead if that is possible. It seems everytime that I do come on, you aren't on. As it stands you are the current highest bidder, so tomorrow is the final closing day for the auction and we can wrap things up. Wire transfer sounds good to me, please keep in mind that with wire transfers the bank information will need to be authenticated incase of a fraudulent transfer (no offense), and may take up to 3 business days to complete. Looking forward to finalizing this tomorrow. Send me your # if you can and I will contact you immediately.

    Hello,

My Australian phone number is REMOVED. I will also leave my skype
on (should you use it) with speakers up. You can add me ozodin1985.
Call at any time, if it wakes me it isn't a problem. Best times to
call between are 2PM Australian EST and 5am.

That is fine too, though Western Union may work out to be a lot
quicker, so we will discuss it on the phone I suppose, also need to
discuss how I will be safe on my end of the transfer to. Anyway I look
forward to talking to you and sorting it all out asap.

sounds) I intended to be up around 10AM to go make the WU payment. So
you will have the MTCN in 5-6 hours time if that is ok? I hope we can
do both payments today and the full site transfer. I will be sure to
be online in 5-6~ hours time to handle things. Sorry I haven't sent it
yet, we are limited in Australia with Western Union agents and
couldn't find anywhere to do it after hours.

    Hey,
Alright I was able to cash that fine, there is a slight problem however with me pushing the domain it appears. Since I purchased Platinum registration on the domain it is unable to be pushed or transferred to anyone anywhere until it expires. I have included my GoDaddy account info below and you can attempt to transfer it on your own behalf. You can do what you want with the account, it is no longer mine the way I look at it, just don't try to run up any charges on the terminated paypal account that is currently on file, all I ask lol.

    Godaddy User: REMOVED
    Godaddy Pass: REMOVED
Let me know if you are alright with this. I sincerely do apologize for this, but you really have nothing to worry about I am being sincere with this transaction.

    Kind Regards,

Ok, seems I have everything changed on the godaddy account.Thank you
very much for upholding your end of the agreement there. I will be
down to make the second payment by 9pm your time tom (likely the same
time as the last payment) and I will shoot across an email with the
MTCN, etc. I really need primarily to get the database tom, of course
I want the .net domain as well, but particularly the database/site
files (we intend to have the site up for admins/mods, etc tom).

Also, will need a staff list by tomorrow also if that is ok, as we
will seriously be contacting all of them than. So if I could meet you
online tomorrow night your time (say 8-9ish) that would be perfect.
Thanks again as well for your commitment to the deal and your honesty.

I believe you asked me stats on the site also. I remember he did tell

    Hey Richard,

Can we not do this via email? It is hard for me to catch you on MSN.
You messaged me at 7am my time, I had gone to sleep around 6~ (was
waiting up). I left my MSN on, but still. From 11am onwards I had a
mate on my account who said he'd ring me if you messaged, but he
didn't see your 7am message as he was logging in from home. So more or
less my account was online for 20 hours out of 24 and I still managed
to miss you. Can you not just email me the link, or ring me and tell
me over the phone or something? As well as pushing the .net to the
aforementioned namecheap account. It would be most appreciated as I
really really want to wrap this up.

    Thank you,

Stuart Hawkins <oz187@removedforspam.com> Sat, Jan 10, 2009 at 3:21 PM
    To: Richard Humphrey <artifaxamous@live.com>
    Hey,

Listen I spoke to someone today because I was rounding up mods/admins
on my own and I was informed of something. Now I understand you are
planning on leaving for good, and don't mind too much what goes on.
But I have to say I was a little shocked, I thought I handled the
payment fine and was giving you a fair amount of trust (you seemed
    like a decent guy).

However I was informed that you were intending to sell the database to
two individuals - I am assuming one me, and the other you were
shopping around to 3dpimp or others (or perhaps it was 2 additional
    individuals to me - 3 total, I don't know). Obviously you've received
the full amount of money and perhaps now you aren't so concerned as to
my opinion, but I was hoping firstly you could just conduct yourself
decently as I tried to with you and just show me a bit of respect in
    the transaction.

I am not going to run off and post this anywhere or try to sour your
name, but it was obvious to me over the past couple of days something
was up, and it was very disappointing for me to have that confirmed.
Obviously I want to complete the deal and be done with it but I also
would prefer that you come to me rather than flog off the database in
the first place on the lowkey.

So more or less I am looking for some things and assurances. I
basically just want the database/site files and the .net tomorrow. I
mean I paid for them quickly, the full amount (even covered the WU
fee's on my end so you'd get the complete amount) and have done my
best to work with you and keep you happy - I am hoping you do the
same. Not a word of this well be mentioned elsewhere regardless and I
will be happy to say the deal went smoothly. All I want is to finish
    it off that way.

Additionally, rather than shopping around the database to a second
individual, as I said you should of come to me first before accepting
payment and discussed pricing/reserve if you were unhappy. This
ultimately just turns out leaving a bunch of people unhappy really and
a sour taste in everyone's mouth. Now, I am doing this to reach a hand
out to you and do a clean deal and leave everyone satisfied. If you
can transfer the above mentioned files/domain and I am sure you have
not sold it to others, in a couple weeks I would of agreed to send you
a couple more hundred if we had structured a deal like that.

I am still open to sending you a couple hundred extra in a months
time (if it is clear to me the database has not been sold elsewhere,
however primarily I have to get what I paid for first). So essentially
I am asking that the deal be completed tomorrow with no more delay, I
think this is a fair request given when I sent the money and given
what has gone on. My namecheap account is 'ozodin' please push the
domain straight away (as there is no reason to hold up that) and
please give me access to the db and sitefiles. I ask you as a business
man, and a decent person not to try anything shady with me on this. I
really do not want the transaction to get nasty or dirty and cause a
greater headache for both of us.

    Thank you,
    Stuart

I hear the domain today had changed around. It was loading a large
page full of code and now it is back to the files4ever redirect. As
far as I can see there is 0 excuse for the domain not being pushed
yet. It is a 2 minute job when you are at home, and now you've had
plenty of time and I sent the last payment days ago. I want it within
my namecheap within 12 hours or else I am assuming you've no intent of
giving it to me. I really really really don't want this transaction to
get dirty, so please follow through on your promise and push the
domain by than. (in fact it should of been pushed by now) The account
is ozodin. I don't want to make threats, I don't want to do any of
this, all I want is what I paid for, but it is really testing my
patience now (particularly as there is 0 reason for the domain not to
be in my account). But also, please know that my company Detrimentl
Entertainment as well as my business partner both reside / are
incorporated in the US and if I have to pursue it I will. But as I
said I DO NOT want it come to this, I want only what I paid for and to
be done with this mess. So please do that for everyone's sake.

I am not taking this as though I will not receive my goods. If I am
somehow mistaken please correct me immediately. As far as I can tell
there is no reason to dodge me on pushing a domain for days on end
unless something suspicious is up. I suggest you correct this
situation immediately. I have been more than patient, I handed over
$1600 and this is the response I get - none, after a week of waiting.
    Unacceptable.

Richard I don't know if your plan is to go for days and days and hope
i forget or give up or what? 48 hours to get me the database/sitefiles
from this email. Failure to get the database/sitefiles in 48 hours
will lead me to one conclusion. I am not here to make threats, but I
will simply say myself and my partner don't let matters like this go.
We are not the type you can scam and than run off into the sunset.
I've been more than patient. You have two options, to send the money
back or to complete the transaction in the time period I've specified
    above.

I am really curious Richard if you are going to come back in here and make yourself look like more of a liar. Why you did this I have no idea. Anyway I'll leave this thread sit for now, but everyone can obviously see the truth.

I'll be back on tomorrow night with my screen shots and variations in regards to this matter. Some of what you have posted above is correct, but there are some things that you have altered to make this look severely in your favor that I do intend to shed some light on. Do expect my lengthy reply

Answer this than and we will know if you are telling the truth. Was it $1600 or $2400? Because it is clear the latter is a lie. You think you are smarter than you actually are Richard. You fall over your own lies repeatedly and contradict yourself. If you can't even tell the truth about the price we settled on than how can anyone believe another word out your mouth?

And this is far from the first time you've been pulled up for similar activities. Should I pull ex-admin's into here, ex-partners, etc of yours who you've pulled similar stunts on? People like http://*************************/showp...8&postcount=16 (shame I did not see that before) or is it always just a misunderstanding and actually their fault? The fact of the matter is I transferred you the FULL balance and waited days and into weeks with very little contact, and broken promise after broken promise and in the end did NOT get what I paid for. Why is it you still can't push the .net? Nevermind your bullshit about the database. Tell me why you can't login, take 30 seconds of your day, input my username and send it across.

oz187 is seems that the latest days have been full of stress for you. I can imagine why... I have read every single character from all the e-mail messages & screenshots you have posted. To be honest I don't think it looks good but I still hope that this deal will go on as planned.

    ArtiFax you're a bad kitty!
