I think SalmanAbbas007 has the best idea. Although if you can right click and save as on buttons you can find on other sites that you want...oh wait that sounds like I'm promoting ripping buttons...I'd never suggest that, nobody here has ever done it I'm sure too.
Yes...Ask a GFXer to do them for you. Some will be nice and do it for free or a small fee, or for something in trade like a favor, link, or something. Just ask.
