DNS update error

I cant update my nameservers on 1and1 for my domain devilddl.com, the reason they said is that when we ping to ns11.wrzhost.com , it says timed out.

And yes, its timing out.

I could though easily use that nameservers for godaddy domain I had.

Please help how to update nameservers of devilddl

why not contact wrzhost for that issue?

I was able to update it too dnsever nameservers. Thought it would help.

Can I setup my hosting nameservers on any site and use that site's dns on 1and1 ?
