Hello Guys and Girls,

My wrzhost Germany VPS has been down for a week which I brought it 3 weeks ago. They refuse to refund me and just ask me to keep waiting until the new node is ready (I think they don;t even know when will that be). What can I do about this? please advice.

Regarding the new VPS node(S) - there was an email dispatched regarding the issues, we've got replacement(S) for the Linux based VPS's and the Windows VPS nodes will be ready tomorrow/day after.
We've stated also that we'll be giving you back the time in which you've lost due to this downtime.

Sadly the downtime was out of our control and we are doing our best to get you guys back online quickly as possible - but you have to remember that it is not an easy process to complete.

If you would like a refund then we'll refund you for the time you have not had within the period of a month.
