What it does: This script would RESEND the activation code to a user if he/she did not receive it.


Advantages: it would help users that have issues with emails or when the site email system just bugs up from time to time

Disadvantages: none i can think of personally.

Sounds good but it looks like verification system works fine because i just get actiivation e-mails like 4 of them but i managed to activate my account.

KDawg08 it would be inefficient to have a system like this because nevertheless the mail is sent. if there's an error it will just stay in queue and auto retry on its own. If you would then hit the "Resend verification" it wouldn't work because the same email would also land up in the mail queue until it works again.

like it took me 4 days to get activation link to my mail. i dont know why.

I just got my activation email this day. I think it's almost a month since I registered and got no activation email.
