    How to learn :-
Read that all on W3schools and also use 'try it yourself'.
Plan a simple site and create it ( You can start from <table>,s they are easier than div,s as they need css too)
Anytime you get a problem google it, find the solution and fix it.
keep doing ^that. First learn HTML then CSS , then Javascript and afterthat headover to php.
I learnt php from " PHP 6 Fast and Easy Web Development"

I learnt all my web stuff from w3schools and googling individual problems I had. The key is just practice practice practice. Oh and a good tip is to firebug anything you see on a site which you think is cool and see how they did it so you can implement your own version
