Why even use fake info? That's how people get into trouble in the first place =/

It is highly unlikely that your information will be given to authorities. Just buy a domain from wherever, and put private whois if you're afraid of even getting caught.

No offense, but most likely your site will not be big enough for the authorities to even care to shut you down, so you have nothing to worry about.
