    @ Dman: Any business will have trouble initially. You think that everything can be coded from scratch and work from day 1? IF you do/have run a business you know that there are hurdles and roadbumps that you overcome with time and gain experience. On another hand, would you want us to discontinue the reward program over the weekend? It works in a cycle, affiliates helps us and we help them. No affiliates, no downloaders, no downloaders = no service.

    We are talking about 48 hours in which users need to wait. Is it a life or death situation....?

    Let me ask you this:
    -Do you have people working for you during the weekend? IF so, do they have families & kids?
    -As I did ask Dman, should we discontinue our reward program, if we don't accept payments?
    -You've barely even tried our service and jumped on during the weekend. We've been working great in periods and people have been making good money and been getting great speeds as Premium (7 mbps) as well as Free (2 mbps). If you think it is long term that we have slow speeds, you're clearly mistaking & wrong.

    @ kenshin: Yes, all downloads that were completed were recorded. Problem was that during those days, completion of downloads was at a "low" for users that has high latency to our service (as opposed to when it's running smooth). As said we will have a bonus earnings for such days affected.


    PS. I am still not the owner. I take care of a few boards and I do the customer support for English speakers.

    @ ZeroAT: A 25% increase of earnings made on a certain date. We've had a few of those competitions.

    I know you guys are you doing your best to get the issues worked out ASAP.
    A LITTLE patience is all you're expecting from the users.
    I really appreciate the updates and great customer service you provide.

    P.S. I'm really looking forward to those bonus earnings.

    @Whiners, ya I call you guys whiner. I don't make much money out of FS but I gotta say FS is very friendly compared to those other BS filehostings, who seems to go by the book! I like how FS is updating frequently, and answering questions from the public. Not to mention, how professional Ricky's replies are .

    If there's anything you don't like about FS, you can do the followings;

    1. GTFO FileServe.com, use your ex-filehost
    2. GTFO of uploading
    3. GTFO FileServe.com, use your ex-filehost

    But you can't stop a 'real' company with many servers and daily improving, user friendly support.

    Well, I just like bonuses in general.

    Bonus or not, I definitely will show my appreciation to a company who actually listens to their customers concerns. It's just something you don't get very often.

    I am not expecting everything to run from day 1. You guys have been around for a long time now - well you sure have come a long way ahead and have been improving your service; but you should always have backup servers in cases like this as lifetalk suggested.

    @ Dman: It is always easier said than done.

    We ordered servers last week, but they're not coming through till tomorrow.
    Having back-ups isn't a possibility. As soon as you have them in hand, you're paying for them. You can't just have "back ups" sitting there collecting dust, though wish it was so simple.

    To stay ahead of demand, you order in advance, but the servers did not come through last week due to the large order, so that's why we've put in a total of 100 servers in to stay well ahead of demand and not worrying so much about speed and space and focus on the functionality that has been requested, e.g. multi-rename, direct linking, APIs for different payment options etc.

    We've been around for 3.5 months now... Other "companies" that we have already surpassed has been around for at least a year or two, being able to improve with turtle speed. Do you have any idea how pissed the other site-owners are that we have the resources to FAQ on forums & fix issues and add functions quicker than them?

    All I'm asking is give us a little slack. We know the issues, and taking pot-shots, because we got the wind blowing in our face, is simply not fair.
