@Ricky, i have problem with payment yesterday, can you help me with this:

I had problem with PayPal the day before Wednesday, so, today I checked my PayPal account, the email namdatviet@gmail.com disappeared in the email list and did not receive 2 payments from FileServe. I have added again that email to my PayPal, can you check to make sure the payment is done, Ricky?

Yes, at new files having the 0 count and not displaying the correct numbers.
Yes, our techs are aware of this. Mind you that everything is still recorded and will have your newly files updated again. We do these improvements to speed up the site and avoid further problems in the future.
