+ all my links are ''clickable'' , if a users clicks on a link from my website , then registers from the DL page , does it count ?

No you do not need a special banner or link. As long as the users click on your banner/a text link directing them to fileserve and they purchase (we recommend you direct them to premium upgrade page), you will get the sale. If the user chooses to go to google.com after clicking your banner and then return to fileserve.com afterwards, you lose the sale.
