Hey ricky, i have a question.
Ive noticed in the last few days, the money i get on sunday, i can not transfer it to my payout account right after the first minutes of monday.
I used to wait like 20 mins after midnight, and the money was added to the transfer to payout account amount. But the last few weeks i've not been able to do it, and i've waited more than 3 hours after midnight.

so the question is, how many time do i have to wait till my sunday earnings get added to the transfer to payout amount??

@ Larri: We always recommend you requesting on a Sunday OR before that in order to get your money into Payable account. You breaking it into Monday morning in order to maximize payout is bottom line not our problem if the transfer button isn't available OR if the amount isn't updated within an hour or two. Things get dealt with according to system resources and tasks that's done in the background. Updating earnings from A-Z is a progress we would like to take our time with.

Uploading via FTP, files do not show up, and if they do theres always a bunch missing.

I am getting so many duplicate and pending files while uploading via ftp, its not even funny. Some file I uploaded nearly 18 hours ago have finally shown up in the file manager now lol

I having been checking the message lately, but is it normal for the total earnings to be delayed almost a whole two days. I didnt get an update that reflect my Saturday earnings until after 12 AM this morning
