    Hello RickyFS , I uploaded a rapidleech script on a dedicated server to test fileserve download speed.

    Server Location : Arizona Phoenix , 1Gbps Connection

    Here are the download speeds :






    Lets say 1 file - the limit is 5mb/s
    If i download 10 files at same time , will it be 0.5mb/s each or 5mb/s each ?

    A little advice, when you check your stats page after every 10 seconds, do the same with the news page as well, you'll be surprised with the wonders your eyes will see.

    And if the delay isn't obvious then i believe you just started using fileserve.

    Let's hope that Fileserve will replace 'ricky' with someone with slightly more experience in customer service.

    I can only imagine he must own or part own fileserve though since if he was simply an employee 'the boss' would have fired his ass long ago. I know a lot of people complain as soon as something goes wrong. However just getting called a whiner, or given some kind of sarcastic retort or simply told tough luck is not proffesional.

    Blocking other filehosts is taking away our choice as uploaders and webmasters. If fileserve is noticing a large movement of files to other hosts and not so much in return, that should encourage fileserve to step up their game not try to limit by force our choices as webmasters.

    I think ricky was one of the best Customer Support guys i have ever met, he was honest and straight forward. Every other CS guy on KWWH simply repeats the same 20 messages, its like they dont even read our messages. I've been using fileserve since they started and whenever i had any problem ricky cooperated and solve it immediately.
