"My Files" shows that I had about 120 downloads of one file (290 mb) for yesterday and some downloads of others similar size files, but "Statistics Report" shows that only 52 downloads of 200-450 MB files were counted.

What could be the problem with this?

Same problem To Me But RickyFS Says Bug In Files Manager. SO ....... Nothin Can Do.

so that star says:

This is the count for total non-unique downloads.

so, if the counts in "My Files" section is higher than in Statistics section, that means a user download the same file again and again ?
