No wonder stats dropped so much, speed for EU premium user from Google Chrome...

On October 17th, I upgraded my account to premium for 1 month and made payment by credit card. But today I found out that my account revert back to free. I upgrade again for 3 months and made payment using paypal and after few minutes it revert back to free.

Could you please explain what is happening and how can I get 4 months worth of premium account back.

I agree cvrle77, stats are low yesterday.. Slow speeds with downloading from EU..


Edit: Uploading speed is a bit slower than usual. I'm from EU server.

FTP uploading speed from US server rocks ALL the time this month.

it's just transfering files from FTP to file manger pending for hours sometimes.

whatever files got pended for long time, those files are not gonna be sucessfully copied.
