slow upload speed fix it

some of the files uploaded via ftp are not able to be copied
and i upload those files again, and they don't even show up in file manager.

copy error issue appears every now and then

@ tinhead: No guarantee. Otherwise there's one on Wednesday. To be honest I saw the figures from this week and last week and they almost matched up. What irritates me is that people don't say thanks when they receive it...But they like to post screenshots when they haven't, i.e. the webmoney people on a few pages back
