I?m Italian, sorry for my poor English
From yesterday my problem is: ?Your download could not be completed....?
I'm a "real downloader." (fileserve user ID: ?gelato?). I'm just one single person that paid for unlimited downloads. I don't upload. I don't run a service. I've never shared my premium account.
I use several IP, but never simultaneously:
- from place-work, with proxy (I cannot change it)
- from city home (I?ve two lines with two different ISP)
- from country house (Even there I?ve two lines with two other different ISP)
- from some friends houses, connecting there with my netbook
Just yesterday I paid a month of premium account.
What should I do, now?
Please give me quick feedback

Is there a limit for downloading now?

i mean if i go download a couple hundred TB of stuff is that a ban?

@ Tyler: No limit as always. Just we have to crack down on people thinking they can abuse our service, which they have for quite some time.

Though - a few TBs every day - The question is what you're doing with that? All that comes to my mind is that the account is shared among you and quite a few people. Like a real-debrid small-scale operation. We don't allow for that obviously.

@ all: A few pointers. If you want to avoid too much hassle, please do not use jDownloader. Change it to IDM or Fileserve Manager.
