Ricky , i requested payout before 2010-07-25 11:59pm .. but in Payout History how come the transaction date is 2010-07-24 ?

The East Asian characters can't be displayed. They are "???"now.

Storage size is old..We will have to re-write code for it so it doesn't slow down the page.
