Upload speed from NL is too slow. Looks like its capped to 800 kb/s . Always same speed with zoom uploader. I have stoped uploading to fileserve because of that , few weeks ago.

Well mate, you can't expect uber speed upload to them cuz you have EU server and their servers are in the US...

I purchased 365 days Premium account on 2011-12-07 of Reseller in iran "ir-sales", i must using VPN for downloading with fileserve..because i live in Iran, and in IRAN they block everything,like fileserve,facebook, youtube,I'm trying to use my account in IDM, Whenever I try to download any file from fileserve on my premium account I get this message "Your download could not be completed. Please try again later."

The speed have nothing to do with location, my server is also in NL and i've got very good upload speed with Fileserve 20mb/s to 120 mb/s
the problem could come as well from the high traffic hours on banwidth and your server provider

i doubt it would be capped maybe check your connection/server.

I have changed the password for five times in last three days.
