I have Problem witch Filserve and Paypal, I want to extend my ACC to Premium and when I go to PP site I must add Credit Card :/

I dosent have Credit Card I have money on my PayPal Acc but I cant use them to pay for Filserve Acc, why ?

When I want to buy HF ACC there is no souch problem ... Please help me somebody
