is the filemanager out of sync ?

Files are uploaded in FTP but not showing up in Filemanager. (over 3 hrs now )

When using the Remote Upload feature it would be nice to have a setting to throttle your server when it comes to how many files it will try to pull at once from where ever it's picking them from. I would like to drop 50 or so files into the Que. and walk away from the computer; however your server is starting to pull ( I don't know how many at once ) and it will crash out my remote server.

So it would be cool to have a setting or check box that we could specify something like **only pull one or two files at a time**
