I and my friend, we have 2 accounts, 2 computers, use 2 other network. We want to share vps to save money.

Please advise me if two people can use one vps account to upload to fileserver?

You can use.Both accounts should be separate i.e non-referrals of each other and dont download ur own files .Done !!
