Not to bash your service, Ricky. But you should have known that for a business that's growing at such a pace, you would have clearly needed to expand your infrastructure rapidly.

You could argue that the surge of users was not exactly expected, but for a business such as your own, a 'reserve' stand by is almost ALWAYS necessary. And when I say stand by, I mean something that can be put into production usage with immediate effect, as opposed to time lags/delays. I would agree with others on the fact that you should have disabled payments (or at least delayed account activation with the reason you're providing here) while you're over loaded.

About no support on weekends. Well, yes, that is normally the case. But while you're overloaded, you should realize that you'll have more than the normal volume of queries. You should have, at least, some support staff (as well as techs, if possible) to cover these few weekends.

EDIT: With that said, I wish you guys at FileServe all the best. Keeping the few kinks aside that you've had these past few weeks, you guys have proved to be more promising than any other new filehost out there. Your features and speed of response (at least in this thread) as well as professionalism in handling queries all goes in your favor.

We will be having a bonus day to "compensate" for the 23rd and 24th. We don't make extra out of this...Only the users do. Some people make more than what they're supposed to (as in traffic wise they don't send any conversions over).

@TSO: just wondering if ur an uploader urself...coz if u are then u wud know that fs is already better than any filehost out there for uploaders....since theyr adding server theyll be even better for downloaders...
keep up ur tone and the only thing youll ever achieve is Ricky leaving KWWH and nothing good will come of it my friend....no other big filehost appoints its staff at places like KWWH to listen to the problems and suggestions of users...the others dont give a shit abt what we think or go through...

Just select the file you want to rename, and on the right there will be an option to edit filename.

I don't get it..some of you just bash in and start yelling stupid things..all you care is a way to make more and more money..all you do is ask ask ask..then just start your own file hosting service..when RS got in the spot you couldn't do anything cause no owner was here to hear your opinions..also when RS is screwing you all over again and again and again you don't do anything..you just say ok..but now that you have a great service and a person to listen to you,you still looking for yourself..If you are not happy with FS then go back at RS and do not make any money and be a bitch of them..
