in which section of the site can the file with the highest no. of downloads be seen? i can' find it.

i think there really some things wrong here.

No. FTP is working fine here. Remember that the Password to LogIn into FTP isn't the same as your FileServe-Password! Check it at "FTP Upload".

@Ricky Could it not be that freezing the storage affected the download counts? I think the downloads for the uploads I did since you froze the storage are barely being counted. It's really unusual for me to get very low downloads as i have a lot of files publicized on the net.

Since the last seven hours I only got precisely 122 downloads from the thousands of files I made available publicly on the Internet about 10 hours ago. This is very uncommon. (My theory For others, may be they haven't noticed it yet since their files were older and were present in their accounts before the freezing of the storage counter.

No. FTP is working fine here. Remember that the Password to LogIn into FTP isn't the same as your FileServe-Password! Check it at "FTP Upload".

i usually get much downloads , maybe its related with the storage thing
