today money transferred to payout area BUT it is automatically Redeem premium accounts
I didnt do anything


Please what the solution ......

isint there any way please to remove the redeemed accounts ... and transfer it to my alerpay account

@RickyFs I swear I just used my account to transload Files to share.cx. I don't know if they use multiple ip adresses. But I swear I don't share the account if there are other ip adresses maybe my account details got stolen otherwise can not explain this.
I'm gonna change my Password immediatly ,if it gets reanebled. I just want my account back bacause I have stored there about 700 GB . And it toke me alot time to upload all the stuff.

approved payment has a yellow tick like this:

I requested payout on Thursday 9 December, and I have gotten the blue arrow, but when it comes to payout, I have a pending status (a blue circle rolling) instead of the yellow tick

What does that mean? Won't I get paid?

Even though the instructions (http://www.besthostingforums.com/sho...postcount=6264) does not cover the 'pending' state - it means that you just have to sit down and wait for it to be approved at some point - most likely you will get your payout this week.

But I did not redeem my money to extend my premium account since my account is already premium and more than 5 months still available.

And I still have a pending payment,
