I already tried reconnect the FTP server for almost 10 times now, but I still got 20-300 KB/s uploading speed for each files, usually 1-3.5 MB/s each files.

Maybe its time to increase the amount of FTP servers Ricky? just a suggestion

as a result of slow transfers, now I got many timeouts...urgh
