3-4 peoples on Single RDP,not a good idea IMO
Nappy and I are gonna get separate RD's
We are two and one RD aint enough and a team = 3,4 peeps so....

- do you have any accounts at private sites which have very good pretimes? YES (hmm...yeah..but pretimes actually wont help here..coz ripping will take like 2-4 hrs on a core i7 with 12GB ram)
- do you have any money to contribute towards a server or really good RDP? YES (You will only need 30-50$ a mnth for RDP with 1Gbps port and UL BW)

Think we could do 2 people per RDP? Ashu I will add you on MSN. nappy, 2-4 hours on rockstar's RDP? That's not too bad at all. I was thinking of doing TV encodes too, currently I'm ripping a 350mb down to 150mb just to test out my settings etc I can also do encoding on my home PC but the speed will obviously be much lower

hmm...I gonna buy 2 RDP's one for ash and one for me...as sharing aint possible....coz i will not just rip movies will also..upload on a regular basis and I think buying RDP is worth if you are getting a good deal and buying 4-5 accounts can ask him to cut down the price..

dude if we get me you and ash plus one more for ~30/month we could get a decent dedicated server or for 35+ we could get a kick ass one

edit: the best would be if we could get someone who would give us a discount to help us out Guys got any good name ideas?

A server with corei7 and 12gb ram and on 1gbps port will coast a hell lot of $$. Go for a RDP with Noshost.

Good speeds with UL BW..and 30$ is worth

well 1 GBPS isn't 100% necessary, especially b/c we will be doing encodes to smaller formats I think 100mbps would be okay for now, I'm just thinking that it would be better to have 4-5 people on an i7 with say 8gb ram than up to 20 people on a i17 12gb ya know?
