I asked to paypal authorities about this limitation, they told me, in the past and new companies now are giving money once or twice a week and does not reply to REFUND emails and ignore the members and f... their rights. And Thousands of members send these problems to paypal and they put this limit to protect premium members refund rights.Did you see why another host give the money after 45 days for EACH premium sale. Cause every member according to the paypal has 30 days refund right but company may extend this right to 45 days. And another companies extend his money sending time from 17 days to 30-31 days because of paypal rule. They still work with paypal without problem. I think all professional companies must accept 30 days rule of paypal and I'm 99% sure paypal unlock their limits. I really asked this question to an authority in the office of paypal in my country.

Remove date is still not changing and I have downloads every day. Is this some bug?

To support paypal refund policy & keep uploaders happy, extabit can pay 80% of weekly earning as regular payment & pay due 20% 1month later if no refund occur. I dont think refund rate is so high as 20%. Dont mind, I was thinking about a different flexible payment policy .
