Anyway yesterday you noticed a deduction of balance, it's because the balance was wrong, the earning of 19th August was added to balance twice, so this amount was deducted from your balance, and it's showing the right amount right now.
Currently only avangate has rebils. And webmoney is back on premium page again.

Ans: As you know, the minimum-payout is 50$ now(wmz), so if you can't reach it you will not be paid.
I remind one more time about payment:
For webmoney: min-pay is 50$ , Wire: 500$ and Payza commision - 5% (minimal 5$)
-Some people said that we do not count sales.
Ans:It's not true for sure You can check if we cheat or not, very easy right?
-Yesterday money increase a litte, then decrease without sales/fraud?
Ans:It's a bug with balance related to 50$-min-payout.
*Good new: about rebill:
-Finally, we have approved for rebills, and you will see 1st rebill at September
-From now we will pay every week,this week you will be paid for previous week
