In fact, it is quite possible. I am getting sales everyday. There is no problem for me. You may get 5k download in a day but 0 sale or you may get 50 download and 5 sale. You need some luck.

I think you need not repudiated how sales you today, since paypal stop to suport extabit i believe that not everyone had a credit card or webmoney, and this difference to how many of your sales and rebbils, because until now paypal is the most popular payment processor
