Found the way to fix them myself just replace:

/s/img/buypremium.png

with

http://extabit.com/s/img/banners/banner_728x90.gif

in the html code.

Note: instead of /banner 728x90.gif you can put the size of the banner that you need.

For example here it is my banner:

To fix ftp/remote download we need more servers and bandwidth upgrades.
We still waiting it from our supplier.
